How to boot from usb dell inspiron

If you own an Inspiron XPS Gen 2 please let me know if there is an option in the bios 'boot sequence' menu to boot from the modular bay.

Dell :: Help! Inspiron 9300: No Boot Sector On Internal Hard Drive.Dell :: Inspiron XPS Gen 2 Bios 'boot Sequence' Menu To Boot From The Modular Bay.The manual says to choose the option in bios but there is no such option. I've searched prior to posting but I couldn't find a definite answer. I'd like to ask if anyone knows how to boot from a 2nd hard drive installed in the modular bay.
